the location is awesome , a major win! wifi worked really fast , definitely a plus. breakfast from the menu tasted fantastic and had a vintage vibe.
the room got warm at night , even with a fan.

central location friendly staff
the hotel is centrally located! it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, i found their assistance very efficient.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It remained too cold, not ideal.

wonderful stay
quiet room excellent service
i had a quiet room that faced the interior. the staff provided excellent service. i ate a very good dinner at the restaurant. the shower had hot water. the bed had a heavy comforter. i should have asked for a simple sheet. i would have been more comfortable.

Really good Stay!
prime location nice hotel quiet atmosphere great staff
I found the location PRIME for walking everywhere. The hotel itself is very nice. It is VERY quiet, and the front desk staff was GREAT. I enjoyed that I could pick dishes from the breakfast menu.
The window in my room looked over a nearby office building. It was so close!

The design across the building includes reception, restaurant, and rooms. It felt very cohesive. I LOVED the genuinely warm welcome I received upon arrival, including a complimentary glass of fizz. This hotel feels very 'chilled'.

The staff were excellent, all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They all spoke excellent English making communication EASY. The service during breakfast was attentive. I felt very well taken care of.

Breakfast had a good choice of freshly cooked items. The portions were sensibly sized. I could pre-book breakfast, so the price was capped at a reasonable amount. Dinner was also very good offering many options.
